A certification in the one skill a forty-year career actually requires: designing it deliberately, and redesigning it when the world changes. Built on The Winning Work Span™ and its seven frameworks.
10–14 hours · 4–6 weeks · 100% online, self-paced · No prerequisites
Five stages, in order. Each unlocks the next, so you always know exactly what to do — and never lose your place.
Listen to all eight Education Podcast episodes and complete the podcast workbook — reflection answers and an action for each.
Six self-assessments, then a conversation with Maya, your AI career advisor. She reads your scores and personalizes your path.
Five modules with video, an applied exercise, and a knowledge check. Six of eight to unlock the next module.
Build your 40-Year Career Arc Plan™ in five parts. Each is reviewed against a published rubric with written feedback.
Fifty questions drawn from across the whole system. Open book, 75 minutes, 90% to pass.
A signed, verifiable certificate and Open Badge with a public verification link. Valid twelve months, renewable.
Most certifications test whether you remember something. This one asks you to produce a plan you will actually use: your position on the five-movement arc, your Career Operating System diagnostics, an AI-resilience plan for your own task bundle, a sustainability plan your health can support, and a legacy statement specific enough that someone could tell in ten years whether it happened.
Every framework in the book gets applied to your own situation — STEF™, the Ten Learning Cycles™, Monkey Management™, the Success Equation™, the Work Span Scorecard™, STOP™, and the Human Advantage Model™.

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not submitted a Career Plan part and have not started the certification exam. A refund after certification revokes the certificate.
No. Step 1 is the free eight-episode Education Podcast, and the podcast workbook walks you through it episode by episode. The book covers the same system in more depth if you want it, but nothing in the certification requires a purchase.
Yes, explicitly. You may use your workbooks, your notes, and the book if you have it. Fifty questions in 75 minutes, with 90% to pass — the constraint is comprehension and time, not recall.
Ten to fourteen hours of program work over four to six weeks — Preparation 2–3, Maya Assessment 1–2, Practice 3–4, Build Career Plan 3–4, and Certify 1. There is no deadline and no penalty for taking longer.
Knowledge checks have unlimited attempts with feedback — they exist to confirm you got it, not to catch you out. The exam allows three attempts with a 48-hour gap between them. Career Plan parts can be revised as many times as you like.
It is a private professional credential from Blis International Inc., not an accredited academic qualification. It comes with a signed, publicly verifiable record and an Open Badge you can add to LinkedIn.
During this pilot, your workbook progress is saved in the browser you use, so stay on one device and browser. Your payment and your certificate are verified on the server and are not tied to a device.
